THE GROUND RULES

TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective October 19, 2026. By using Roller Rink Review, you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent through our contact form.

Accounts and eligibility

Provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Users under 13 may not independently register; minors should use the service with a parent or guardian where appropriate.

Memberships and billing

Free Skater membership is free. Rink Rat is $12 for 12 months without automatic renewal. The Extra Lap ($3/month), All Skate ($10/month), and Jam Circle ($50/month) are recurring monthly memberships billed through Square. Charges, frequency, and the selected plan should be shown before you authorize payment. Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled. Membership benefits depend on an active, verified membership; features and publishing schedules may evolve.

Cancellation and refunds

To request cancellation or billing assistance, use our contact form. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid the next recurring charge. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous charges. Refund requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable law. A one-time $12 contribution is separate from membership and does not unlock paid benefits.

Editorial independence and scores

Memberships and sponsorships do not buy favorable reviews. Community RRR Floor Scores are separate from the hosts' editorial scores and Destination Rink decisions. Scores and rink information represent opinions and may change; verify business hours, pricing, and accessibility directly with each rink before visiting.

Community conduct

Do not submit unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, infringing, or misleading material; attempt unauthorized access; manipulate voting; or interfere with site operations. We may moderate contributions and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Content and availability

Roller Rink Review owns or licenses its original content, branding, and artwork. You may view content for personal use but may not republish it commercially without permission. The service is provided as available; we cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every rink listing is current.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms and post an updated effective date. For questions, account help, or disputes, contact the show.
